Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Boston, Massachusetts

QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as Marketing Manager. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, marketing, sports marketing or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in a related industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience with direct-to-consumer entertainment marketing, with a focus on ticketed events. The candidate should be well versed in media planning, traditional media buying, digital campaigns, social media and promotions. Experience working for venues, ticketing agencies, entertainment properties, museums or sports organizations a plus. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and an outgoing personality is a must. This is a full-time position and requires, on average, 20% travel when practical.

Graphic Designer

LOCATION: Boston, Massachusetts

TIMING: Immediate Opening

DESCRIPTION: Full-service attractions and entertainment marketing agency based in Boston MA, is presently seeking a Graphic Designer to join their creative team and contribute to the design-based marketing efforts of its busy, growing agency assisting with multiple clients and brands. Applicants must have 3+ years of experience and a strong portfolio to be considered for this position. This is a part time, in-house position offering downtown office space. Potential to house your existing design service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hands-on creative and artistic direction of client projects from initial concept to final production-ready files: includes print, collateral, digital and OOH executions.

  • Create concepts, designs and graphic elements based on an understanding of campaign objectives and branding strategy.

  • Implement and maintain various client style guides and branding—ensure consistency of brand and creative across customer touch points.

  • Design and development of agency marketing and branding assets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expertise in Adobe CC, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; also comfortable with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Proficient in both print and digital production—can spec out both px and dpi.

  • Keen eye for typography and color; comfortable with website updates and design.

  • Great team collaborator—unafraid to ask questions and willing to take direction.

  • Able to work independently, maintain high-quality, and keep a sense of humor under pressure.

  • Organized, strong attention to detail, and proactive on follow-up to projects.

  • Proofreading and copyediting skills, a plus-plus.

  • Experience with email marketing apps and animation software, a plus.
